Creative Branding

  • Vin and Noira were both extremely pleasant and professional to work with. I knew I had been somewhat stumbling around in the dark around trying to figure out my direction, but it really felt like Vin and Noira were able to not only turn on the lights, but take off the blindfold I didn't realize I had on, and get me pointed in the right direction.

    One thing I struggled with a lot was knowing I needed to narrow things down, but feeling like that was restricting me direction-wise. I was genuinely impressed, happy, and grateful when Vin and Noira were able to come up with something that fit what I was looking for without feeling like it was restrictive. It really felt like they were listening to what I wanted, and not just pushing something for the sake of it being something that would work or be profitable.

    I feel like I not only understand my branding and direction a lot more, but also what my goals actually are. There are so many aspects of content creation that feel overwhelming and confusing, but working with ZCO I feel like I understand some of those aspects much better and why some decisions are made the way they are.   • While planning for a redebut, I have been recommended to go through one of ZCO's services -- Creative Branding. I was hesitant at first because I was trying to catch a timeline, but I was advised that if I was planning for a redebut, it's best to align every aspect of it so all of the preparations and things spent on won't be wasted. And I would say it was worth it.

    I went through the whole process from branding to content guidelines and I was both amazed and overwhelmed (in a good way!) at the amount of details I got. Everything that I read was well-researched and I didn't really have that much questions because things were pretty much straightforward. Honestly, it felt like I had the answers to an exam right on my lap. I'm really happy and very satisfied because versus the uncertainties before, I suddenly had a cohesive brand, and the road ahead is clearer than ever before.

Even though ZCO was fresh off the heels of an event, they still took the time and care to schedule our meeting and make every minute count towards meaningful conversation. I also greatly appreciate the professionalism. I am already well-acquainted with some members of ZCO, including my consultant/meeting facilitator, but everything was still conducted without "friendship bias," which is what I needed most in moving forward with my decisions.
