  • To create/extend a brand and content direction that’s a natural and authentic extension of the client.

    1. A 2-hour meeting with Vin and Noira to understand you better as a person and content creator.

    2. Vin and Noira will then workshop your brand behind-the-scenes which may take up to 1 week.

    3. You will be presented a brand deck for review and feedback before proceeding to the final delivery.

    4. The approved brand deck will then be processed for the full brand and content guidelines. This may take up to 2 weeks.

    5. Vin and Noira will deliver the brand and content guidelines to you via e-mail for you to review.

    6. A 1-hour Q&A session will be scheduled for you to ask any outstanding questions you may have.

  • You will receive the following items:

    • A Google Slides of your brand deck.

    • A Google Document of your brand and content guidelines.

    These items will provide you with the clarity, visibility, and direction to plan your roadmap as a vtuber.

  • Our creative branding is a one-off service for USD $400.

  • This creative branding service is for vtubers who:

    • Want to take their current branding further

    • Would like to explore their content direction potential and possibilities

    • Feel lost or uninspired on their current route

Implementation, Execution & Consistency

  • Content creators often need help maintaining their creative direction, and ZCO understands this deeply. Based on Vin and Noira's experience, we aim to provide the support creators need.

  • To provide creative feedback, guidance, mentorship, and a support system that’s grounded in Vin and Noira's daily experience in content creation.

    1. Comprehensive data reporting and analysis.

    2. Streaming and content schedule management.

    3. Mentorship, guidance, and text support from Vin and Noira.

    4. Regular check-ins to review weekly and monthly performance.

    5. An initial workshop with Vin to identify and address your specific needs.

    6. Administrative support for collaborations and third-party communications.

    7. Access to a ZCO talent manager who works under Vin and Noira's supervision.

    8. Implementation of processes that encourage creative thinking and accountability.

  • Our talent management service runs for three months and includes a three-week trial period during which you may cancel the agreement if unsatisfied.

    Monthly payments begin at USD $125, for a total of USD $375 over the three-month term.

  • ZCO's talent management is ideal for content creators who have a clear brand and content direction, but need additional support with execution, implementation, and day-to-day operations.
